PROJECTS
We provide interim management resources and advice to a wide range of clients in public and private sectors. Some of our projects where we have provided direct or indirect consultancy support are highlighted below:

Highways Maintenance Policy Review - London Borough of Newham
We have worked with LB Newham on three exciting assignments. We were asked to review the Council's highways maintenance policy and practices, including Council's highway infrastructure asset management plan. A revised maintenance manual was drafted by our team and approved by the Council.
The second assignment was to review the Council's highway maintenance contract and negotiate a new arrangement with one of TfL's Highways Maintenance and Projects Framework (HMPF) contractors. The new arrangement is now in place.
Finally, the Council had asked us to review their street lighting policy and procedures. We reviewed the street lighting inventory and energy charges, together with inventory assessment and the capital and reactive maintenance plans. A series of recommendations were taken forward to improve efficiency of the service as well as saving energy and maintenance costs

Crossrail Programme Close Out- Network Rail
Following the completion of Crossrail programme by Network Rail on behalf of Crossrail Ltd., we were asked to support the sponsorship team at Network Rail to review all the outstanding highway and bridge related matters to ensure compliance with the Crossrail Act requirements and providing evidence to substantiate approval of all Schedule 3 and 17 Part 1 approvals by the relevant highway authorities. The project involves submission of some Stopping-Up applications to the local highway authorities where the land acquisitions were not covered by the Crossrail Act and providing evidence of overbridges construction completion where the highway authorities will remain responsible for the maintenance of these structures. We are maintained as specialist highway advisors to conclude the legal requirements.
Interim Management - Kingston and Sutton Shared Services
From July 2024 to date we have been supporting Royal Borough of Kingston and London Borough of Sutton shared services in interim management and project leadership. The interim roles included Group Manager for Design & Delivery team and the Corporate Head of Highways and Transport (Shared Services). On appointment of permanent staff to these roles we were maintained to lead on the strategic projects for Kingston Town Centre. We are pleased to have been maintained as the preferred consultants to project manage the delivery of Hostile Vehicle Mitigation measures in Kingston town centre, working with the design team and term contractors to deliver a balanced solution in improving the safety of pedestrianised zone against any potential vehicle borne attacks.
At the same time we are working with the client teams in both boroughs in service improvement, being more outcome focused and ensuring the existing project management toolkit is utilised in delivery of all capital projects, including better management of project finances.
